In 2009, the program was expanded to provide a Basic Programming course at the remainder of the District's three elementary schools: Cody, Pleasant View, and Riverdale Heights.
The program continued its expansion in 2010 with the
addition of Advanced Programming courses at all elementary schools. The Junior High also established their first FIRST LEGO League team.
In 2011, Basic and Advanced Programming were added at Hopewell and a second FLL team was formed at the Junior High.
The Robotics Program continued to grow with the addition of two FIRST Tech Challenge teams at Pleasant Valley High School for the 2013 season.
Additional FIRST LEGO League teams formed at Hopewell and Pleasant View during the 2014-2015 school year as well as multiple Jr. FIRST LEGO League teams across the district.
